Outcome Categories
Eight categories.
- 01Baseline UnderstandingEstablish an initial view of participant confidence, awareness, readiness, knowledge, or partner-defined competencies.
- 02Participant EngagementExamine participation, completion, involvement in activities, contribution to discussions, and engagement with program assignments.
- 03Competency GrowthReview observable development in areas such as communication, leadership, career readiness, financial capability, professional identity, entrepreneurship, or decision-making.
- 04Participant WorkReview portfolios, presentations, projects, reflections, pitches, plans, assessments, and capstone artifacts created during the implementation.
- 05Facilitator ObservationDocument implementation observations, participant progress, participation patterns, areas requiring reinforcement, and recommended next steps.
- 06Participant FeedbackGather participant perspectives regarding relevance, confidence, understanding, experience, and intended application.
- 07Partner-Defined IndicatorsAlign reporting with appropriate institutional goals, program requirements, grant deliverables, or approved evaluation priorities.
- 08Post-Program ReportingProvide an implementation summary, participant feedback, completion information, observed progress, challenges, recommendations, and agreed outcome reporting.
